win9999 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of win9999 — the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at win9999-play.com. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

win9999 is an age-restricted platform. You must meet all of the following conditions to use it.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a win9999 employee.

• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one win9999 account only. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all accounts associated with the individual, along with forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details win9999 requests. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

• Accounts must be registered in the account holder's real name — no aliases or pseudonyms.
• Your registered mobile number must be one you genuinely own and have access to.
• win9999 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents at any point, including CNIC copy, proof of address, or payment method verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact win9999 support immediately at support@win9999-play.com.
• win9999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to win9999 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. win9999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to their source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

win9999 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly. Deposits are credited to your win9999 balance immediately or within the processing time shown above.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. win9999 processes withdrawals promptly for verified accounts.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever technically possible.
• If a bonus is active on your account, you must complete the wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus balance or winnings generated from it.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. win9999 does not guarantee a specific timeframe in all circumstances.
• win9999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal it considers unusually large or otherwise requiring review.
• Deposits made by credit or debit card cannot be withdrawn to a different payment method than the depositing card where card scheme rules require this.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

win9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed alongside the offer. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to players who have never previously held a win9999 account.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier for which is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• win9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer before a player has claimed it, without notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion do not carry a real cash value and can only be used on specified games or markets.
• Winnings from free bets or free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on win9999. Additional sport-specific rules are available within the sportsbook for individual sports and competition types.

win9999 strives to offer accurate odds on all markets. However, in the event of a palpable error — a price listed significantly incorrectly due to a technical or human error — win9999 reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. Players will be informed and their stake returned.

• Minimum single bet: Rs 200. Minimum accumulator bet: Rs 200 total stake.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on each selection when added to the bet slip.
• Bets cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed by the player.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connection stability. If a connection drops mid-bet and the bet is not registered in win9999 systems, it is not valid.
• For cricket: if a match is abandoned without a result, match winner bets are voided. DLS results are treated as official results for betting purposes.
• For football: extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in 90-minute result markets unless explicitly stated.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win. A single void leg reduces the accumulator odds; it does not void the entire bet unless stated in the relevant market rules.

8. Casino & Card Game Rules

All casino games and card games on win9999 — including Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Poker, slots, and Aviator — operate under the following general rules.

• RNG games use a certified Random Number Generator audited by third-party testing bodies. Results are statistically independent between rounds.
• Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers using real physical cards and equipment. Results are not influenced by win9999 systems after a round begins.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the outcome stands if it was registered in win9999 systems. If no result was registered, the stake is returned.
• Game-specific rules — including Blackjack table rules (number of decks, soft 17, double down restrictions), Teen Patti blind/seen rules, and Aviator multiplier mechanics — are displayed within each game and take precedence over these general terms where they differ.
• Players may not use automated tools, bots, or software to play any game on win9999. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account closure.
• Jackpot amounts displayed in jackpot slot games are updated in real time. The displayed amount at the time of triggering a jackpot is the amount awarded.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on win9999. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one win9999 account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information.
• Using win9999 to launder money or otherwise process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in games or the platform to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings from exploited errors will be voided.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play games, place bets, or interact with win9999 systems.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or any game where player-versus-player outcomes are relevant.
• Abusing the Refer a Friend programme by creating fictitious referred accounts.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies that exploit bonus offers at win9999 in bad faith.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards win9999 staff or other players via the platform's chat features.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

win9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for prohibited conduct, or that a player no longer meets the eligibility criteria.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, win9999 will freeze the account balance during the review period. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the balance will be released and the account reopened. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

11. Responsible Gaming

win9999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your win9999 account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a given time period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality checks: Opt in to receive periodic notifications reminding you how long you have been playing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win9999 is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform; losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays or failures; technical interruptions, maintenance downtime, or connectivity issues outside win9999's direct control; or your reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

win9999's total liability to any player in any given calendar month, for any cause and regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to win9999 during that calendar month. This limitation does not apply to fraud committed by win9999 or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

win9999 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of win9999 after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or changes that are required by applicable law — may be made without specific notification beyond the updated "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
